Welcome to our site!  We are so glad that you are here.  This ministry began in 1985 and more officially in 1998 with the purpose of reaching the lost with the amazing Truth of Jesus Christ.  The name comes from what John the Baptist stated when he was asked who he was.  He stated that he was the voice of one calling in the desert (calling people to repentance) “Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.”  In this world where the paths even within the church (the body of Christ) are not very straight, this message remains pertinent!

 

Being thrust into active ministry again during the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida (starting in 1996), we began to travel out leading teams to minister locally, then in various places within America and then to various other nations.

 

We have been blessed to see God move in His awesome power to heal the sick, to release those who are in bondage and held captive by sin’s deceitfulness, to shine light in the darkness and to reach the lost.

 

HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!!!

 

We have traveled into Germany where we were told, “It is a dark country and the people are indifferent to the Gospel; don’t expect results,” but we saw the Lord move with incredible power, mercy and compassion toward those wonderful German people.  The public schools allowed us to share with their classes of high school teens to tell them about the God who is alive and well.  We had wonderful meetings with believers; old and young alike, all with the same resulting response of hunger for the real Jesus.

 

Then we went into the Netherlands to see more of the same. We were offered to speak in a high school each day for an entire week (speaking to over 900 students).  We had two classrooms, classes taking place the entire day-one right after the other, for that week.  An actual revival began to sweep through that school.  Those young people who knew the Lord were ignited in their spirit to stand strong in their faith and they soon after began a bible club/meeting in which they were seeing others come to know Jesus.  There are still a group of those young people now serving God and doing ministry work as a result of those days.

 

From there and since that time we have been to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Ukraine, Canada, Czech Republic and Poland, not to mention various places throughout the United States.

 

Currently, a house church gathers at the Ministry House led by Prepare the Way Ministries.  We host Bible studies, times of worship, fellowship meals, family play days and host many guests from around the world.  It is with joy that we share with others the great gifts that He has given us, most importantly, Life, which comes in knowing Jesus.
